Fairly clean place & brilliantly helpful and well experienced staff at all times. Absolutely perfect location in the fabulous area, not far from restaurants, the main train station and the historical centre. About 5 minutes walk from a medieval Gothic gate tower.

The hotel was in a central location to the downtown area of Krakow. Also, Planty Park was just a short distance away. Our room was well-equipped and brand-new with great facilities, just what was needed. Central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel television in the room were useful.

We couldn't have asked for a better location for our stay. The apartment was so close to everything, including the historic center and the Old Town. It was just a short walk away from all the attractions. Additionally, the apartment was super clean and well-designed, providing a modern and contemporary feel. We were impressed by the hotel facilities, including the well-equipped kitchen and the huge balcony where we could enjoy our meals and drinks in the evenings. The staff, especially Igor, the manager, was incredibly helpful and friendly. He arranged airport pick-up for us and even booked our trips to Auschwitz. The breakfast buffet offered on-site was also perfect and great value for the money. this was a fantastic experience with excellent cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and staff.
